New England Leaf Peeping

Golden forests, misty mountain roads, and the crisp scent of autumn in the air

I’ve been obsessed with the idea of leaf peeping in New England since I first heard about it in college. I had spent a few summers working at camps in the region and even spent a Thanksgiving in Plymouth, MA with a friend. But none of those experiences truly satisfied my desire to wander through New England purely for the joy of seeing nature’s beauty.

So when the opportunity came to spend a month road-tripping through New England in the fall, I knew I had to check off this bucket list item. It was everything I imagined and more. The air was crisp, the trees glowed in fiery yellows, reds, and oranges, and at times, it felt like the forests were lit from within.

New England in the fall is my cozy dream—hot apple cider, fresh cider donuts, pumpkin spice lattes, and endless autumn vibes. I hope you experience a little of that magic as you look through these pictures. Happy leaf peeping!
